Instructions:
Adolescent is required to be fasting from 10.00 p.m. the previous night and report at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the Health Check.
The Health Check is expected to be completed by 1.00pm
Note: Kindly book an appointment with a Paediatrician on the day of the Health Check up. It should be scheduled exactly 3 days after health check to ensure necessary reports will be available.
